After a rainy few weeks, we had the BEST weather for this adorable family’s maternity photography session in Dauphin county! I’m always thrilled to photograph returning customers and this one is no exception. I’m equally excited to meet baby when she makes her debut. Big brother came along and was happy to join in on some photos–on his terms, of course! 🙂 He wasn’t too sure at first, but halfway through the session he was absolutely hamming it up for the camera (as you can see)!
For those mamas who need help choosing a location for their maternity photos, I keep an updated list of places within Lebanon county and Dauphin county. This list contains a short description so clients can narrow down their choices to what they feel best reflects the aesthetic they are trying to achieve. While I have places I love and am very familiar with, I’m always open to other ideas and suggestions. Sometimes a brand-new location becomes a favorite! For the occasions that moms might be having trouble choosing a location for their maternity photo shoot, I’m happy to help and give my input on what locations offer the most variety. Some things to keep in mind as well are the season we are shooting in. For example, some locations offer more fall color than others, some have flowers blooming in spring, and so on.
While I absolutely adore newborn photography, I offer maternity photography sessions as an add-on for my newborn clients who may wish to capture the fleeting and precious time prior to baby’s arrival. Spouses and children are welcome and encouraged to participate in these special photography sessions.
